What services do you offer?

We offer full rental management from A to Z - from design and furnishings to guest services and technical service.For owners who want to stay more involved, we also offer a co-hosting model, i.e. remote management of the calendar, offerings and prices.

What is it like working with you?

We start with a consultation and analysis of the property's potential, then develop a design and leasing strategy. After implementation, we take over management - in a full or co-hosting model.

How do you ensure return on investment?

We use market analysis, dynamic price management, process automation and high quality offerings to maximize revenue and occupancy.

How do you settle accounts with the owner?

We provide the payments on a monthly basis along with a full report of rental performance - including revenues, expenses and occupancy rates. Everything is done transparently, with access to real-time data.

Do I need to own a property to use your services?

No - we work with both owners of active apartments and investors who are just planning to buy property for rent.

Does tenancy management require my involvement?

Not unless you want to. In the full model, we take over all the responsibilities: guest communication, cleaning, check-in/out and service. In co-hosting, we help remotely - you decide how much you get involved.

Do I incur any hidden costs?

No - our terms and conditions are completely transparent. Before starting cooperation, we present a full range of services and an accurate price list.
